For our far-away fans, we are pleased to offer a convenient “Look Box” service.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us by email (Contact@karolrichardson.com) to let us know you are interested.

  2. Discuss your preferences. i.e. what types of things you are looking for, your sizing, colors and silhouettes that you gravitate toward, etc…

  3. Relevant pieces will ship out to you via UPS. Once received, you then have 48 hours to go through and try everything on in the comfort of your own home. Have fun with the contents of your box! Mix and match with pieces in your own wardrobe. Need ideas, or different sizes? Just let us know. We will be happy to assist!

  4. Choose the pieces that work for you, and decide what you would like to keep. Then simply send back anything you do not wish to purchase by using the UPS return label included in every Look Box. Once we receive your returns, we will charge you for the pieces you kept, plus shipping.
