KR Return Policy

• Full priced merchandise purchased at Karol Richardson may be returned for store credit within 14 days of sale, provided tags are still attached, and item is returned to us in the condition in which it was sold. No refunds will be given. Store credit does not expire, and can be used by emailing us at Contact@karolrichardson.com.

• Special orders and reduced merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Certain items, such as shoes and jewelry are also final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.

• Returned goods must be unwashed, unworn, and not altered in any way. Original receipt must accompany any return.

KR Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.

• At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.

• Karol Richardson can only ship within the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam.

• We cannot ship to PO Box or APO/DPO/Military addresses. We do not ship internationally.

We do discount merchandise on occasion. Please note, when accepting any form of discount at Karol Richardson (i.e. sale, promotion, damage discount, coupon, etc…), the following policies apply:

• All discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

• No discounts will be given on past purchases or special orders.

• Discounts are not valid on “Look Box” service.

• Discounts may not be combined. (i.e. a coupon can not be used on already reduced merchandise.)
